Scope of Experience

Chris Bilotti is a managing partner of NAI Advisors in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. In commercial real estate since 2003, he has built a multifamily portfolio of properties valued in excess of $60 million. Previously, Chris held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Mount Vernon Company, an investment and development Company with $500 million in total assets. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters Degree from Bryant University.

Chris brings a deep understanding of investment sales, development transaction structures, debt structures, tax deferral strategies, market knowledge and asset valuation to his work.

Residing in Smithfield, RI with his wife and three children, Chris is a member of the RI Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors.
